All our Pizzas are made with a slow- fermented housemade dough using organic local flour from De Windotter mill in IJsselstein, every Pizza is crafted for a lighter, fresher, and crispier bite. Inspired by the New Haven-style, our Pizzas have a thin, blistered crust, a chewy heart, and that signature touch of char from the high-heat bake.

New Haven-style Pizza was developed by Italian immigrants in New Haven, Connecticut, in the early 20th century, bringing their baking skills to the
area.
