We proudly offer just five pizzas — because we believe in quality over quantity. Each one receives our full attention and is crafted using only the freshest, healthiest ingredients. Our dough is made fresh every day with a long fermentation process for perfect texture and flavor. We use organic flour from the De Windotter mill in IJsselstein, bringing authentic craftsmanship to every bite.

Our pizzas are made with a two-stage, slow-fermented dough using a blend of high-protein organic local flours from De Windotter mill in IJsselstein. Inspired by New Haven-style pizza from Italian immigrants in New Haven, Connecticut, we bake at lower temperatures to create a lighter, fresher, crispier base with that signature touch of char. We use the best Italian tomatoes and cheeses and finish every pizza with fresh herbs after baking.
